Every country has its own custom regulations and their standard shipping charges. To understand how much your shipping fee is? Please send me your address and the items you are interested in. We need to check the size and weight of the items after packaging. Packaging play the most important role on whether your orders get pass your custom or not.
We provide TRANSSHIPMENT aka TRIANGLE SHIPPING. We are very stable with this process. Clients who needs transshipment, we are ready to serve you.
Shipment is a facility we provide for our clients. we do not earn a cent out of this, in fact most of the time, we lose some money due to logistic price change. Never-the-less, we will constantly source for better and secure shipping methods to add values to our clients. 
A TRACKING Number will be email to you for monitoring of your products.
Usually your product should reach you 2-4 days upon sail.
Please note that delays will occurred if there are major holidays.
Trusty Kickz will not be responsible for any lost of product in midst of shipping, nature disasters, robbery to shipment and orders confiscated by custom.

Handling of Products:

We would not hesitate to throw in bubble wraps, paper cushions and even spacers to make sure the product has a safe trip before it reaches its rightful owners.
All our products comes with, LABELLED BOX, LABELLED PAPER SHOPPING BAGS, DUSTBAG, INVOICE and even RIBBONS (if i can get them).

Return Policy

If your order is:

1) Seized; We refund 60% of product fee or we resend. We will not resend if the second one is seized, no refund after second seizure. As the problem comes from your custom. A custom seizure letter is required as proof. 
2) Defective Item; We refund 60% of product fee or we resend after you receive the defective item after you. Shipping back to us will be bear by you, we will bear the shipping to you. A tracking number is required.
